Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Sales Operations Coordinator contributes to the execution of strategies set by the Director of Sales in order to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand, where appropriate, and provide exceptional customer service to dealers.


  • As assigned, perform daily review of shipments, orders, changes in distribution and deliveries for Walmart and present key issues to Director of Sales.
  • Manage monthly projections and budget - as well as yearly budgets specifically for Walmart
  • Develop and maintain bulk reports and manage bulks in SAP
  • Partner with Sales & Planning counterparts to strategize Walmart business
  • Create, submit and maintain all purchase order worksheets
  • Initiate item creation and manage all item maintenance in Vendor Central
  • Monitor and manage on site presentation standards to support brand consistency
  • Build strong relationships with partners and peers; be a trusted advisor and the point of contact for Walmart issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns.
  • Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong customer service skills required
  • Must be team player and able to collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Experience with SAP knowledge essential
  • Walmart and Vendor Central experience is required.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented
  • Can work independently in a fast-paced organization, and to multi-task
  • Should have advanced abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent.  Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment.  The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.  Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
