Specific Responsibilities Would Include

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will have a broad set of responsibilities and will be a key member of the marketing team working closely with the SVP, Marketing/Philanthropy. The individual will help to shape and drive Centric Brand’s corporate and brand marketing, sustainability, and philanthropy initiatives. He/she will work collaboratively with cross-functional partners including: Creative, Strategy, Product Divisions, Licensor, Licensee partners, NPOs, and external agencies. Position has one direct report.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaison with product divisions to create branded strategy and pitch decks for new business opportunities.
  • Work with internal creative team on branded decks, videos, social media assets, photo shoots.
  • Liaison with licensors and licensees on seasonal marketing programs and executions.
  • Lead member of Centric Cares - the corporate philanthropy program.
    • Assist in strategy/goals per year
    • Run intern volunteer program
    • Storytell programs both internally and externally.
    • Manage NPO relationships.
    • Management of employee giving program and platform.
    • Collect, analyze, report data metrics monthly (volunteer hours, in-kind donations, etc)
  • Champion and help storytell the sustainability journey both internally and externally.
  • Editor-in-chief of CentricBrands.com to continue to enhance it as a digital destination that showcases Centric as the best-in-class partner and destination for top talent.
    • Content strategy
    • Monthly update calendar/cadence
    • Monthly analytics
  • Manage Centric Brands social media channels with assistance from marketing coordinator:
    • create monthly content calendars (images & copy), post daily content
    • Act as community manager for comments/engagements
    • Develop programs/tactics to drive follower growth
    • Create monthly analytics reports
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal communications team to share content and add value (strategy and design).
  • Manage Summer marketing intern program:
    • 3+ interns
    • Develop project list/manage workflow
    • Execute educational programs to help interns develop different marketing and creative skill sets

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 5-6+ years of related professional brand marketing experience (fashion experience preferred)
  • Wholesale, DTC, Licensing marketing experience (preferred)
  • Social media experience – LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required 
  • Excellent communication skills – written and presentation
  • Ability to build quality and lasting relationships quickly across a large organization
  • Proven team builder who has managed direct reports previously
  • Highly skilled at managing multiple projects successfully and to the highest degree of quality
  • Detail oriented, able to work autonomously
  • A strong appreciation of fashion, style and design
  • A curious thinker who values the art and science of Marketing
  • Someone who does not see obstacles, only solutions

Salary Range: $104,000 - $129,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
