Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, the Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving ongoing commercial success for our accessory brands. Their primary responsibility involves supporting the Sales Manager in implementing the wholesale strategy for accessories throughout Europe, spanning all brands and categories. This role encompasses meticulous administration and coordination to guarantee 100% accuracy and compliance with documentation, data input into systems, and the maintenance of internal information. The Sales Associate is entrusted with ensuring that the department consistently achieves excellence and exemplifies best-in-class customer service for both internal and external stakeholders

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Administration to support the accessory business overall
  • Administering the account creation and onboarding process, ensuring all customer details are captured, working collaboratively with other functions of the business, i.e., finance and operations.
  • Support the sales team and customers by answering questions, dealing with enquiries, taking orders, handling shipping and stock availability, entering and editing orders to meet customer needs.
  • Using judgement and the brand/divisional sign-off matrix to make sound decisions.
  • Monitoring stock levels, pushing forward orders and seeking in season opportunities.
  • Owning sample management, image requests, PO management, product data, training packs and other assets needed for successful customer launch instore and on-line.
  • Coordinating the seasonal buy analysis and forecast sheets, working with National account managers and DTC Manager to deliver buy to budget.
  • Receiving, opening, and sorting, arranging, and presenting collection during seasonal product launches to customers either virtually or in person (with or without National account manager).
  • Product development to support customer sales.
  • Interact regularly with Operations, Planning, and the Distribution Centre to resolve shipping, track shortages, and delays to supply, communicating to the customer where required to handle and escalate questions or problems.              
  • Develop and maintain a professional relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Work in a team environment, with the ability to remain agile to meet tight deadlines.

  • Whilst experience in a sales or administration environment is not a pre-requisite, it would be beneficial
