• Participate in monthly close process for Warehousing and Distribution (W/D) by preparing journal entries for accruals and reclasses, sense checking expenses prior to passing to accounting, and reviewing P&L to ensure entries are properly recorded and P&L accurately represents monthly expenses.
• Reconcile variances of monthly actuals between Latest Estimate, Budget, and Prior Year
• Work cross-functionally Corporate Finance and Divisional Teams (Finance and Operations)
• Support the development of W/D divisional budgets and forecasts.  Assist in challenging assumptions to ensure validity and proactively seeking out opportunities for efficiency and cost savings
• Consolidation of in-network inventory forecasts/flows; identify risks and opportunities
• Assist in identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies by leveraging knowledge of operations and retail industry best practices and propose solutions
• Identify ways to streamline existing processes

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 3-5 years professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Strong understanding of Accounting principles; retail industry experience a plus
• Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of budgeting, planning and projection processes
• Strong analytical skills, clear and effective written/verbal communication, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills

Salary Range:  $67,400-$84,300

At Centric Brands, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent.  Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment.  The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.  Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
