Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Continuously update and analyze business plans for key accounts ensuring alignment with divisional sales and profitability goals.
  • Collaborate with Sr Director and Sales team to manage the retail business performance of key accounts on a weekly and seasonal basis
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure that inventory levels are optimized based on sales trends and customer demand
  • Collaborate with sales and customers to understand their business needs and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain sales & margin forecasts for department stores and mid-tier accounts
  • Present sales, margin and inventory forecasts along with supporting action plans at monthly business reviews
  • Develop deep understanding of product performance at wholesale/retail for multiple levels including retailer type, account, assortments, styles, locations.
  • Establish annual bottom-up sales and margin plans at division, brand, season, category levels that incorporate divisional financial goals, customer needs and historical trends for the year.
  • Develop and maintain accurate projections, actuals and reforecasts against merchandise plans
  • Ensure sales and inventory levels are aligned monthly/seasonally calling out risks and opportunities
  • Drive financial architecture of assortments via carefully formulated hindsight and analysis deriving ideal SKU plans to maximize business both at wholesale and retail
  • Manage MFP tool and inputs for your area and present monthly to Sr director in preparation for monthly reforecasts hand in

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of Planning experience in a Wholesale environment
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to partner and collaborate at all levels with multiple areas of the business
  • Be able to influence others based on the analysis and forecasting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to convey a point of view
  • Must be proficient at creating any new reporting tools to stay ahead of our competition and accounts’ analytical expectations
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and resourceful – Capable of problem solving
  • Primary decision making will revolve around accurate projections, managing supply and forecasting inventory and shipments. This will increase wholesale purchases/shipments, inventory turn and profitability
  • SAP experience, a plus
  • Tillerman experience, a plus

Salary Range: $113,000 - $140,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
