Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is looking for a dynamic, creative and resourceful Manager of Replenishment Planning and Analytics to join its team. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation across Centric Brands.

 

  • Develop bottoms up 18 month rolling forecasts by account/brand/product category/style/color based on shipping history, forecasts, sell thru trends, roll-outs, number of doors etc. adjusting forecasts on a weekly basis to accomodate changes in trend. 
  • Collaborate in the development of bottoms up ladder plans for major accounts or programs to ensure optimal assortments and drive sales. 
  • Monitor replenishment SKU/Size level retail sales and wholesale shipping projections to ensure a well-managed OTB and timely procurement requisitions.  
  • Develop and distribute weekly reporting on replenishment sales performance and inventory levels. 
  • Collaborate with sales partners to analyze businesses, suggest models/inventory levels, maximize replenishment SKUs, and identify opportunities for growth. 
  • Manage replenishment tool to maximize sales, control inventory to achieve turn and WOS goals. 
  • Report on and monitor aged inventory for all replenishment styles. 
  • Effectively communicate any risks or opportunities due to stock position or account feedback to relevant stakeholders. 
  • Review all replenishment inventory purchases in accordance with approval matrix ensuring alignment with OTB & production placement schedule. 
  • Create all sales orders for inventory needs. 
  • Review sales ladders/demand/ship projections, placements and availability with merchandise planning and sales management on a weekly basis. 
  • This role will own all weekly/monthly reporting and analysis as defined by supervisor. 

 

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 8+ years experience wholesale or retail inventory management, replenishment, allocations experience
  • High proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets
  • SAP or similar ERP experience required

Salary Range: $104,000 - $120,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
