Specific Responsibilities Would Include

As an Integral part of the Men’s and Women’s FP&A team, the Manager of Financial Consolidations and Reporting will support the EVP of Finance and the brand FP&A teams.  This role will coordinate consolidation of the monthly financials, latest estimate and budgets as well as all supporting schedules and reporting needs for the department. The right candidate will be a self-sufficient team player with the ability to analyze financials across divisions and brands in the apparel industry across wholesale and DTC. Deadline adherence and time management skills will be key to the success of this role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation and analysis of month end financials, reforecasts, budgets, supporting schedules, bridges and ad hoc reporting.
  • Responsible for corporate FP&A deliverables and coordination of presentations
  • Prepare analyses of incremental departmental costs (one-time and ongoing) associated with business initiatives (business transformation projects, new business integrations, acquisitions, etc)
  • Identify, track and analyze key metrics that impact the businesses.
  • Partner with various levels of finance, planning and cross-functional teams among the business to ensure alignment on priorities, direction and deliverables.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline and improve reporting, budgeting and operational processes.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies by leveraging knowledge of operations and the apparel industry best practices and propose solutions.
  • Ad-hoc analyses and project management as needed.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
  • 5+ years professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and/or consolidations
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles; retail industry experience a plus
  • Strong critical thinking skills and understanding of budgeting, planning and projection processes.
  • Strong analytical skills, clear and effective written/verbal communication, diligence, strong interpersonal skills
  • Meets and manages deadlines effectively.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Fashion or Consumer Products industry experience is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced MS Office and Excel skills are required. Knowledge of SAP and other business intelligence / reporting tools is preferred.
  • BPC/SAP experience a plus.
  • Pro-active team player with a desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Salary Range: $92,400-$120,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
