Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Help to manage key financial aspects of the brand, including payroll, budgets, expenses and inventory.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional business partners to address sales performance trends. Communicate business needs and recommend specific improvements as necessary.
  • Diagnose current operational/process issues in the stores. Create and implement a strategy that ensures the proper operational standards are in place to support profitable growth that sustains a competitive service, loyalty and brand position.
  • Support new store openings and closings, moves and renovations
  • Help to support talent management strategy for the retail field team that ensures proper on-boarding, skills-based training, in-depth product knowledge, service and selling focus and the development of bench strength.
  • Build strong relationships throughout the organization that are effective, transparent, and open for the purpose of achieving company-wide performance goals.
  • Supervise department operations process and procedure
  • Prioritize, with the field team operations and team as first priority, while trouble shooting in various scenarios
  • Support Retail Management in execution & follow-up to all corporate directives and procedures
  • Analyze & creatively look for improved store systems, decrease operating expenses & continue best practices at the field level
  • Develop and update policy & procedure, and point of sale directives as company and field call for adjustments to align with Corporate Partners

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 4-6 years of Retail experience, luxury preferred
  • Operational management experience in a retail environment
  • Must have strong time management skills with the ability to complete deliverables on time in an ever-changing / fast-paced working environment
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present information to all levels of management
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge & understanding of general Retail Policy and Procedure and Point of Sale (POS) related guidelines
  • Must have experience in Retail Store and/or Shop openings
  • Must possess comprehensive computer skills that are industry related
  • Must be able to prioritize while handling multiple tasks and ability to troubleshoot on a daily basis. 
  • Must possess strong follow-up skills and meeting tight deadlines

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
