Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Jennifer Fisher is seeking an Associate Digital Designer to join our Marketing & Creative team in New York City. This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented designer to assist in crafting compelling digital assets that elevate the Jennifer Fisher brand.

 

Reporting to the Digital Design Manager, the Associate Digital Designer will support the marketing team in executing creative across all customer touchpoints, including ads, emails, website, organic social, and campaigns. This role requires a balance of creative thinking, attention to detail, and an understanding of luxury branding and eCommerce design. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-office work Tuesday – Thursday at our NYC headquarters.  Along with their resume, we request that interested candidates submit a link to their portfolio.

 

  • Assist in developing cohesive visual identities for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand moments, ensuring alignment with Jennifer Fisher’s brand guidelines.
  • Create weekly digital marketing assets, including website designs, emails, paid social ads, and organic social posts in collaboration with the Marketing and Creative Team.
  • Plan, film, and edit engaging UGC content for digital channels, ensuring high-quality visuals and brand alignment
  • Present creative assets to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
  • Support photoshoots and content creation, ensuring assets align with upcoming marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and agency partners to ensure all designs meet business goals and partner needs.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in fashion, beauty, or luxury eCommerce.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI/UX, and digital marketing assets.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and basic motion graphics/video editing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Enthusiasm for the Jennifer Fisher aesthetic and an understanding of the luxury consumer.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000

The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
