Designer
What could be more exciting than putting your mark on some of the world’s most famous and well-loved fashion brands? As a designer for Centric Brands, you’ll use your skills and creativity to create designs based on style plans, sales needs and emerging trends. You will also ensure that your work can be transformed into a finished product in a timely manner and at an appropriate price point. This means working not only with our technical design and production teams, but also building collaborative relationships with outside vendors and other external stakeholders. OFF-WHITE is seeking a highly skilled and creatively driven Kidswear Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique fusion of elevated streetwear sensibility, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of contemporary fashion, with an emphasis on translating the OFF-WHITE aesthetic to our growing Kidswear line. The ideal candidate will bring strong menswear experience and a passion for design innovation, along with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Design and develop seasonal collections for OFF-WHITE Kidswear, aligning with the brand’s creative direction and streetwear DNA
Adapt and translate core menswear concepts into age-appropriate and fashion-forward kidswear designs
Collaborate closely with the Design Director and cross-functional teams (Development, Merchandising, Production) to ensure alignment from concept to final sample
Create detailed technical sketches, CADs, and presentation boards to support concept development and product storytelling
Research and apply trends, fabrics, color palettes, silhouettes, and trims appropriate to the OFF-WHITE aesthetic and market positioning
Participate in fittings, oversee sample reviews, and provide construction and finishing input
4–7 years of apparel design experience with a strong background in kidswear and streetwear
Deep understanding of streetwear culture, fashion trends, and the OFF-WHITE brand ethos
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; collaborative team player
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and creativity
Strong sketching, technical drawing, and CAD skills
Solid knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, fits, finishing techniques, trims, and fabrications
Familiarity with print design, graphic placement, and manufacturing processes
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and 3D design tools such as Browzwear or equivalent
Experience with PLM systems

Salary Range: $85,000-95,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
