Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Renown jewelry brand Jennifer Fisher is seeking a strategic and hands-on eCommerce Manager to lead the performance, functionality, and growth of our Shopify-based website. This role is ideal for a high-organized, data-driven operator with startup experience and a passion for luxury retail who can balance daily execution with long-term site strategy. Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Digital, this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in-office (Tuesday – Thursday) at our NYC headquarters in the Empire State Building.

 

Website Optimization & Conversion:

  • Own the eCommerce roadmap with a focus on increasing conversion rates and average order value
  • Manage website design and UX enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and developers – with a focus on high-converting customer journeys
  • Lead and implement A/B testing initiatives, analyze results, and apply insights to optimize site layout, content, and features based on performance data

Site Operations & Launch Management:

  • Lead all site merchandising strategies to ensure product discoverability and alignment with seasonal, marketing, and business priorities
  • Manage updates to homepage, collection pages, PDPs, banners, and editorial content to ensure timely and compelling storytelling by partnering with creative and marketing teams to ensure a consistent brand experience
  • Ensure all product, content, sale, and campaign launches are executed 100% accurately and on time
  • Collaborate with creative team on site photography needs to support launches, including owning the eCommerce photography shotlist
  • Maintain a detailed launch calendar and coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, merchandising, fulfillment, product development, store teams)
  • QA site daily for any issues, including monitoring key product inventory (low stock / sold out) and flag issues to the appropriate teams to minimize sales disruption

Search & SEO:

  • Lead organic search strategy, optimize metadata, site structure, and content to drive high-intent traffic
  • Partner with content and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints
  • Write clear, compelling, and on-brand product copy for new styles, ensuring SEO best practices and luxury tone of voice

Platform & Tech Management:

  • Oversee and optimize Shopify Plus environment including apps, integrations, and custom functionality
  • Collaborate closely with developers and platform partners to implement site enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and launch new features
  • Maintain and optimize Shopify Plus and integrated tools (apps, APIs, custom builds) to support both scale and innovation

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze site performance data on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis; provide actionable insights to improve KPIs, including conversion rate, bounce rate, time on site, cart abandonment, and site speed
  • Provide actionable insights to the broader team to support decision-making and marketing strategies

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, preferably in a DTC or luxury startup environment
  • Expertise in Shopify Plus is required; Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and A/B testing tools are a strong plus
  • Strong experience managing Shopify Plus and eCommerce tech integrations
  • Demonstrated success driving site conversion and managing tech enhancements
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem solver with an analytical mindset and hands-on approach
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — able to work seamlessly with design, tech, marketing, merchandising and operations
  • Enthusiasm for the Jennifer Fisher brand and an understanding of the luxury consumer

Salary Range: $80,000 - $88,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
