Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Position Summary:

 

We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and highly motivated Director of Project Management – Brand Integrations to lead and execute key initiatives that support the seamless onboarding and integration of new brands into our portfolio. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about brand development, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence in the fashion and apparel industry.

The Director will oversee cross-functional projects ranging from brand onboarding and system integrations to go-to-market readiness and process harmonization. You will serve as a critical connector across departments and external partners, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely execution of complex brand integration initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management of strategic brand integration initiatives across the organization
  • Develop comprehensive integration plans and project charters, including objectives, deliverables, resource needs, risks, and financial/operational impact
  • Establish and manage project timelines, budgets, and success metrics for brand onboarding and activation
  • Drive communication and stakeholder alignment by implementing robust project governance and reporting processes
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions
  • Act as a strategic liaison between cross-functional teams, including brand management, marketing, sales, operations, IT, finance, and external partners
  • Ensure seamless hand-off and operational readiness post-integration
  • Maintain visibility into concurrent brand initiatives, identifying potential conflicts and opportunities for synergy across the organization

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 7–10 years of experience in project management, preferably within brand management, marketing operations, or business integration roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Apparel or consumer goods industry knowledge and experience in wholesale, eCommerce, or omni-channel operations strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of change management and brand development principles
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and translate metrics into actionable insights
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
