  • Assist in conceptualizing initial seasonal ideas that align with the broader product strategy and brand aesthetic.

  • Source images, stones, finishes, and materials to support mood boards, storytelling, and collection development.

Operations & Execution

  • Support adherence to the product development calendar by helping track design timelines and project milestones.

  • Create and revise technical drawings (CADs and hand sketches) using Adobe Illustrator and/or Rhino/Matrix.

  • Prepare presentation decks, visual line sheets, and internal review tools.

  • Maintain and update accurate records in Product Data Tracker (PDT) sheets, PLM systems, and shared drives.

  • Assist in tracking samples and coordinating with vendors for approvals, material updates, and pricing requests.

  • Organize and manage the material and sample library, including plating swatches, gemstone references, and archival designs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product Development, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure seamless design handoffs and development progress.

  • Help nurture and maintain productive relationships with both domestic and international vendors.

Teamwork & Leadership

  • Actively contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Demonstrate ownership of tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors, seeking guidance and feedback as needed.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in fine or fashion jewelry design.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; knowledge of jewelry CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, or ZBrush is a strong plus.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interest in jewelry, materials, craftsmanship, and visual storytelling.

In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
