Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Responds to all customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding shipping, orders and delivery
  • Pays strong attention to detail, accurately enters data and resolves all customer issues and questions regarding all orders.
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various departments both internally and externally to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Researches and analyzes data to address all customer needs, oversold,  late delivery, images, and setup sheets for specific accounts where required
  • Provides all internal and external customers with requested information and maintains proper backup information.
  • Must have a positive, dynamic attitude and the ability to interact professionally with others.
  • Must build excellent relationships with accounts and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must have the ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced, highly demanding deadline-oriented environment.
  • Work with house sales representatives to ensure proper sales order management and order creation, and sample requirements
  • Report and analyze delivery and order fulfillment issues to sales and buying teams.
  • Oversee implementation of compliance standards and maintain/build relationships with the customer’s compliance department.
  • Lead new vendor set up process, following up with customer operations, legal, and accounts as needed to finalize and ensure timely set up.
  • Assist with general day to day duties including ad hoc reporting from SAP and daily customer requests/support and statuses
  • Partner with internal customers and colleagues including Production, Operations, Imports, and Shipping to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Track and update regularly the status of POs, shipments, inventories and ATS; accept, input, track and follow-up on orders in the system
  • Coordinate preparation of showroom for market; track and manage current and past season samples

  • Self-Starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.  
  • Self-Motivated and willing to think outside the box and strive for excellence.
  • Proficient in Excel and familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening.
  • Basic written communication skills to record client activity in our database.
  • EDI experience a plus.     
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented and outgoing
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous with a sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Salary Range: $60,000 - 65,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
