Centric Brands is excited to invite the next generation of creative, curious, and collaborative individuals to join us for the Fall 2025 Internship Program.

 

Our internship program is designed to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands to help develop a strong cross-functional foundation. We are very interested and invested in the knowledge and unique talents you bring as an individual. Your ideas and energy directly contribute to the success of Centric Brands.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Could be placed in either the Customs Compliance department or the A/R Compliance department.

Customs Compliance:

  • Assist with gathering and organizing import documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, HTS codes).

  • Help verify shipment details to ensure compliance with U.S. customs regulations.

  • Support audits by reviewing records and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.

  • Assist with tariff classification and country-of-origin verifications.

  • Work with the Customs Compliance team on ad hoc reporting and trade compliance projects.

A/R Compliance:

  • Support review of chargebacks and deductions from customer accounts.

  • Help investigate and document the reason codes for non-compliance issues.

  • Assist with maintaining compliance logs and updating status reports.

  • Work with the A/R and Sales teams to track resolution of compliance-related disputes.

  • Participate in projects focused on improving customer compliance processes and reducing chargebacks.

 

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2025) to be eligible to participate
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greensboro, NC for the full program from early-September to December
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week
  • Pursing an undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related area of study
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and PC or Mac computers
