Specific Responsibilities Would Include

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Director to lead brand marketing efforts in our Lifestyle brands platform, with a focus on the Dockers brand for North America. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of brand building, digital and wholesale marketing, consumer engagement and content creation. This leader will drive the brand’s storytelling narrative, in partnership with the Licensor, while aligning with evolving cultural moments, driving consumer demand, and supporting business growth across DTC and wholesale.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of seasonal content narratives that will reinforce the Dockers brand positioning and business objectives.
  • Translate brand strategy into annual marketing plans and seasonal campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Oversee content creation, influencer marketing, and experiential efforts.
  • Partner with product, sales, and eCommerce teams to support commercial launches and consumer demand generation.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal creative resources to ensure consistent brand voice and excellence.
  • Oversee wholesale marketing efforts with partners.
  • Drive Amazon brand-authored strategy, A+ content, and best-in-class content creation and execution.
  • Oversee seasonal PDP/Ecommerce shoots and the distribution of final assets.
  • Work closely with brand owner/Licensor; updating them on seasonal plans, graphic and content approval.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 5-7+ years of experience in marketing roles with a strong background in lifestyle, apparel, or consumer brands.
  • Deep understanding of omni-channel marketing, with a focus on digital and wholesale.
  • Proven track record of building brands through content-driven storytelling and innovation.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for style and culture.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with heritage or legacy brands undergoing transformation.
  • Experience with Licensor and OPCO structure/relationship.

Salary Range: $138,400 - $173,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
