Providing clerical and technical support on various quality management related tasks including WM Compliance, Inspectorio inspection scheduling and data entry into various platforms like WM Retail Link and PLM, etc.

• Support data entry and workflow in Inspectorio.
• Support data collection and entry for Walmart compliance tasks (testing, inspection and recycled materials documentation) to Retail-Link
• Support business data reporting generation from SAP.
• Collaborate with QA on clerical support to various QA inspection activities including (but not limited to) inspection scheduling, WIP validation, CAP follow-up, report issuance and report filing/uploading to various systems.
• Support filing of all updated QA documentation.

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

• 5 years’ working experience in QA/QC Coordinator or equivalent

• Working experience in 3^rd party laboratory in coordinating role preferred
• Computer literate, particularly on MS Office (advanced skill in Excel and Powerpoint)
• Bachelor’s degree holder or Tech college diploma.
• Good English speaking and writing
