Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage shipments by liaising with freight forwarders and vendors, ensuring timely customs clearance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all shipments and logistics activities.
  • Track the OBL (Original Bill of Lading) surrender status for each shipment.
  • Communicate with the USA stakeholders' logistics team and suppliers regarding invoicing issues, ensuring timely submission of invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and standards.
  • Train vendors on Infor Nexus for onboarding, booking, and invoicing processes.
  • Track bulk payments for invoices, agency fees, and development fees.

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience (2-4 years)
  • Experience in Import Supply Chain with an understanding of Import Compliance protocols is required
  • Must demonstrate understanding of the supply chain and inventory management, including common obstacles and effective solutions
  • Advanced data analysis and data visualization competencies preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (primarily Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of SAP systems preferred
  • Flexibility to work overtime, adjusted hours, or occasional weekends
