Specific Responsibilities Would Include

This role will support the Asia leadership team by analyzing data trends, ensuring the integrity of business data, and delivering actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency across all departments within Centric Asia. The role also involves managing operational processes, coordinating strategic initiatives, and providing high-level administrative support to ensure smooth business operations. 

 

Data Analysis & Quality Management

  • Analyze data trends to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple business systems.
  • Perform regular data entry, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making.

Process & Documentation Management

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentations, and organizational charts.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.

Coordination & Communication

  • Organize and coordinate workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Prepare and distribute timely communications to internal and external stakeholders.

Vendor Management

  • Address vendor payment inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage the Vendor Scorecard program to monitor and improve vendor performance.

Reporting & Business Support

  • Develop and present clear, concise business and management reports for leadership review.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and ad hoc operational support as required.

Team Management

  • Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Support talent development through coaching, training, and performance management.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline. 
  • 5 years of experience in business operations, data analysis, or related areas. 
  • Strong analytical expertise, with experience in data management, reporting, and visualization tools. 
  • Good communication and presentation capabilities. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and ERP systems such as SAP 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
