Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Overall Responsibilities

 

Order Management
• Supervise a team to support the company in the end-to-end supply chain process, including but not limited to preparing and amending Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and costing in various ERP systems, as well as tracking cotton traceability and managing import and export documentation throughout the supply chain.
• Manage material tracking and supplier chain end to end process to support the textile and garment business operation, Ensure a smooth communication and alignment between vendors and Centric North American team
• Collect and maintain material information from vendors according to the requirement from customers and our North American team which includes sales team, sourcing production team and compliance team etc.
• Track organic material information and supporting documents from farmer/grower to consumer along the supply chain process (e.g.: Growers, Ginners, spinners, Dyers and Fabric mills)
• Data Entry/ Uploading on Share platform per company’s requirement
• Prepare and validate import and export custom clearance documents in ERP system/email according to check list and ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity, with on time performance& Accuracy to fulfil company’s KPI.
• Identify and address any discrepancies in documentation by collaborating with suppliers and relevant business teams.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, forwarders and customers to resolve any issues related to all documentation and shipping.
• Ensure timely and accurate transmission of destination customs clearance documents to the freight forwarder and full set docs to customers.
Vendor Management
• Troubleshoot and monitor any issues regarding Infor Nexus system for vendors and factories
• Assist the set-up and maintenance of Vendor and Factory profiles across different systems, such as Infor Nexus, SAP and OSCA, within the Company
• Co-ordinate on-boarding training for New Vendor and Factory and maintain records
• Evaluate vendor’s performance and problem solving for the whole supply chain area with good communication and multiple tools.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect data from Business Units and prepare regular Management Reports
• Assist to prepare the Vendor Score Card for assessing the performance of Vendors and Factories
• Data Analysis in different tools/skills to fulfill company’s requirement


Team management
• Support and lead team members to establish and maintain effective communication
• Lead problem solving and drive solutions between USA team, sales team, supplier & factories.
• Initiate and set up efficient process/workflow according to company’s policy/goal.
• Regular analysis and reporting for management review.

Other Responsibilities: All the tasks assigned by manager/ team leader.

Additional Requirements

 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or a related field is required.
• Knowledge of textile and garment production process
• Strong data analysis skills and Python/Macro/Excel VBA skills are preferrable.
• Understanding multiple ERP systems and be able to work with such in an effective and productive manner
• Proactiveness with good communication skills and trouble shooting
• Ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work overtime, adjusted hours, or occasional weekends.
• Strong leadership experience across internal/external business functions/departments.
