Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is seeking a collaborative Licensing Planner to support our accessories licensing business. This role is responsible for managing reporting, financial tracking, sales analysis, and forecasting to ensure strong partnerships with licensing partners and alignment with internal corporate budgets. The ideal candidate brings a mix of analytical skills, industry knowledge, and cross-functional coordination to drive performance and support licensing strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and distribute regular and ad hoc reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date placement and sell-through data across key retail accounts
  • Maintain financial tracking to monitor performance against contractual minimum guarantees
  • Partner with sales and licensing teams to deliver accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, and projections for renewals and new deals
  • Provide retail sales data and business performance insights to licensors upon request
  • Support special projects, ad hoc analysis, and additional tasks as assigned by manager
  • Prepare meeting materials and track follow-up on key action items

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in planning, preferably within retail, licensing, or consumer products
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
  • Experience with SAP and Retail Link required
  • Understanding of retail metrics and forecasting methodologies
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to apply critical thinking skills to resolve problems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Knowledge of key retailers (e.g., department stores, specialty stores, e-commerce platforms) a plus

Salary Range: $85,000-90,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
