Sales

Our sales professionals have a major impact on our business as they develop and implement the projections, forecasts and long-range planning strategies that will fuel our success today and into the future. Specific Responsibilities Would Include

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate, Account Executive to support the Robert Graham sales team, with a primary focus on department store accounts. This role will assist in managing day-to-day account operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring seamless execution across wholesale channels.

 

Account Support & Management

  • Assist in managing department store accounts including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, SFA, and DXL.
  • Support in order entry, tracking, and fulfillment processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of account performance, sales data, and inventory levels.

Sales & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly selling reports and analyze performance trends.
  • Collaborate with planning and merchandising teams to optimize assortments and inventory.
  • Monitor and report on key KPIs including sell-through, margin, and door productivity.

Market Preparation

  • Coordinate sample sets and showroom preparation for market appointments.
  • Assist in line presentations and product knowledge sessions with buyers.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams (planning, production, marketing) and external partners.
  • Ensure timely communication with department store buyers and support teams.
  • Participate in strategy meetings and contribute to seasonal planning.

Operational Support

  • Help manage digital assets and copy for online listings.
  • Support logistics and shipping coordination, including consolidator communication when needed.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in wholesale sales or retail buying preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Passion for fashion and understanding of the luxury/contemporary market.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary Range: $58,800 - $73,500

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
