Handle end to end product’s development till shipment, ensure right quality, right vendor, right price and on time delivery.
• Under the structure of Production Account Manager Team of Centric Beauty
• Manage Walmart DI Account and Seasonal Projects, focusing on quotation, production, delivery and system processing
• Manage Walmart Retail Link Platform for order processing.
• Manage Walmart QMS Platform for customer quotation.
• Manage sales presentation setup for Walmart DI Seasonal Programs.
• Manage the operational communication with Walmart Global Sourcing Team and maintain satisfactory cooperation.
• Accountable for final order negotiation with the vendors, manage and control order details and requirements to the suppliers/production units.
• Plan, monitor and manage timeline of project, arrange schedules of inline checking, final inspection, shipment routing and booking on project basis.
• Guide fellow team member for managing Claire’s DI Account in terms of production planning, production, system processing and delivery.
• Manage team and cross functional parties (eg: QA/Technical Teams) on order status and supplier capabilities.
Monitoring WIP of Walmart account to ensure bulk production are on track.
Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, to negotiate prices, quantities and timescales.
Solving problems/conflicts between buyer and vendor.
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners
Keep fluid, clear and timely communication with both internal and external partners
Monitoring vendor/factory on time inspection booking, vessel space booking, shipping documents uploading etc.
Time to time reporting to the manager.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

• Proven working experience in merchandising
• Creativity, technical capability and sensibility for merchandising/design
• Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trim and print techniques
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented and meticulous
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel
