Stock Associate - Jennifer Fisher - Soho, NY

You will oversee the daily operations, business, training, management, and lead a team of talented sales associates whose mission will be to build deep and personal connections with our clients while driving sales and enhancing brand loyalty to Jennifer Fisher. As a Stock Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of a high-end retail store. You will be responsible for the accurate handling of merchandise, maintaining stockroom organization, and ensuring that products are available and properly presented on the sales floor. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and an appreciation for luxury service standards. 

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments with precision and speed 

• Accurately tag, label, and inventory new merchandise 

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe stockroom 

• Replenish the sales floor promptly to support the sales team 

• Support cycle counts and annual inventory audits 

• Assist with packaging, transfers, and returns according to company standards 

• Receive and process e-comm returns 

• Assist with shipping/receiving PR and Stylist Pulls and Consignments 

• Oversee shipment of BOSHIP orders 

• Ensure all products are handled with care to avoid damage 

• Collaborate with sales associates and management to ensure timely product availability 

• Uphold the brand’s image and luxury standards in all stock-related operations, including overall store and stockroom organization 

• 1–2 years of retail or stock experience (luxury retail experience preferred) 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills 

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods 

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment 

• High attention to detail and accuracy 

• Familiarity with retail stock systems (e.g., POS, inventory management tools) 

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
