As a Senior Designer for our Sports & Entertainment and Culture division, you will shape the creative direction of contemporary, sport-inspired apparel that resonates on and off the field. Combining technical expertise with modern design sensibility, you’ll develop innovative knitwear and cut-and-sew collections that speak to today’s athletes, performers, and fans.
Collaborating closely with product development, graphics, and production teams, you’ll bring concept to creation—crafting collections that balance performance, comfort, and cultural relevance across men’s, women’s, and youth lines.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
Lead seasonal concept development by identifying emerging trends in team sports, entertainment, and streetwear culture.
Translate trend insights into compelling color stories, fabric narratives, and silhouette direction with a focus on knits and cut-and-sew apparel.
Partner with graphic designers to develop cohesive visual themes that enhance brand storytelling.
Create presentation decks, mood boards, and mockups that clearly communicate creative intent and inspire collaboration.
Continuously research new materials, finishing techniques, and sustainable processes to push design boundaries.
Design Execution & Product Development
Oversee design from initial sketch through final production—ensuring aesthetic consistency, fit integrity, and technical accuracy.
Drive the design of garments, trims, tags, and packaging that reinforce brand identity and quality standards.
Review prototypes, color separations, and final approvals to ensure design intent is realized across all product categories.
Partner with technical design and production to troubleshoot construction details and optimize for scalability and performance.
Maintain a curated design reference library and digital archive for team inspiration and efficiency.
Collaboration & Vendor Partnerships
Build strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless development cycles.
Collaborate with mills, factories, and vendors to source innovative fabrics, explore new washes and treatments, and implement best-in-class processes.
Nurture new supplier relationships to stay connected to the latest resources, technologies, and trends.
