Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role is responsible for driving and executing HR strategies across multiple countries within the region. The position ensures alignment with global HR policies while adapting initiatives to meet local needs. Acting as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, the manager will lead efforts in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and HR operations.

 

Business Partnering

  • Act as a strategic advisor to regional business leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Support organizational initiatives, including culture and transformation projects.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR teams and other regional HR Business Partners to deliver seamless HR support.

Talent Acquisition

  • Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and recruitment plans.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring practices.

Performance Management

  • Lead the implementation and execution of performance management processes across the region.
  • Support managers in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions on performance management best practices.

Engagement & Culture

  • Deliver employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate regional events and recognition programs to enhance employee morale and retention.

Workforce and Budget Management

  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to support growth objectives while maintaining cost discipline.
  • Monitor and manage workforce headcount in alignment with business plans and budgetary constraints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize people costs while ensuring organizational capability and talent retention.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations to balance cost efficiency with operational needs

HR Operations Support

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations across supported countries, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and contract management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR data management and reporting.
  • Partner with regional HR team to resolve operational issues and improve processes.
  • Maintain compliance with regional labor laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements for internal and external stakeholders.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-country HR Business Partner role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across the region.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
  • Proven track record of driving team results and achieving goals
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English, Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
