Joe's Jeans is seeking a motivated and experienced Stock Supervisor to lead and support our stock team in maintaining an organized, efficient, and productive stockroom. The Stock Supervisor plays a key role in driving operational excellence by overseeing merchandise coordination, managing stockroom standards, and supporting the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of merchandise coordination, including shipment receiving, unpacking, product organization, and stockroom placement.
  • Lead the stock team to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning stockroom, storage area, and shipping/receiving zone.
  • Partner with store management and sales associates to fulfill product requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Train, coach, and motivate stock associates to ensure adherence to operational standards and productivity goals.
  • Monitor inventory flow and assist with stockroom audits to ensure accuracy and loss prevention.
  • Serve as a role model in customer interactions when on the sales floor, greeting and engaging with professionalism.
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 1–3 years of stockroom or retail experience; prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead by example and foster team collaboration
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as business needs require
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
