Core Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end technical support to ensure adherence to quality standards during bulk production.
• Manage product cost and ensure timely delivery.
Key Tasks:
• Conduct kickoff and line review, highlighting critical technical issues and clarifying technical points with vendors.
• Assist with fit and pre-production evaluations, including:
o Trim and fabric verification with merchandisers.
o Design and construction checks on samples.
o Measurement checks and fit photo documentation.
o CAD pattern verification and comments in PLM systems.
• Oversee 3D sample processes and work closely with vendors for corrections.
• Ensure timely execution of sampling approval processes and collaborate with merchandisers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance and enhance factory utilization of patterns.
Experience Required
• Minimum 10 years in garment technology roles, with a focus on adult wear, casual, denim, or lingerie preferred.
• Experience with related clothing lines is a plus.
Language Skills
• Fluent in oral English for daily communication via video or online meetings with U.S. TD managers and buyers regarding garment details.
Client Experience
• Prior experience servicing U.S. and Canadian clients is preferred.

Technical Skills
• 3D Pattern and PLM experience preferred.
• Candidates with live model fitting experience will be prioritized.

• Up-to-date with the latest garment design and construction trends.
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques, costing/design sensibility, and capability to resolve fitting issues using 3D software (Browzwear preferred).
Additional Proficiencies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, Excel, PPT, MS Teams, and technical drawings.
• Experience with Flex PLM is a plus.
