Specific Responsibilities Would Include

From sourcing raw materials to manufacturing, order placement, pricing and quality control and getting the finished product where it needs to be, our production team is responsible for ensuring we keep our standards high and our business profitable at every step of the journey. John Elliott is looking for a production coordinator to join our LA team.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Pre-Production

  • Track all Pre-Production phases including design hand over, fit Samples, PP Samples deadlines and TOPs. 
  • Manage and maintain Pre-Production WIP report by ensuring all vendors are sending weekly - 
  • Daily communication with Imports factories to ensure all T&A calendars are updated and met
  • Close monitoring of fit approval dates and documenting all potential delivery risks
  • Maintaining folders to keep track of vendor bulk production submissions including, but not limited to: Strike Offs, Bulk Fabric, Lab Dips, Skins

PO Management

  • Update Production Delay Log/Communicate to Cross-functional teams
  • Push all costing from IBT to SAP- make sure data from the cost log, IBT and SAP always match.
  • Maintaince of  Consolidated Buy files.
  • Supporting role- work with manager to send out size breaks

Delivery Tracking

  • Make sure non-Asia vendors book vessels/air on time & goods hand over on time
  • Delivery Tracking/Maintenance of On-Order Report with Production Comments
  • Open Units to be cleaned up on time to avoid discrepancies in Financial reports
  • Manage vendor to send Shipping Docs for DDP & AIR shipments 

Departmental Weekly Deliverables

  • Partner with Production team mates to meet weekly deliverables as well as support new initiatives

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportion percentages, area, circumference and volume
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
  • Good time management and organizational skills required
  • Ability to follow through with task completion
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $70,304-75,000

The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
