Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within luxury fashion or retail.
  • Proven success leading floor sets, window displays, and large-scale visual projects.
  • Strong understanding of merchandising principles and current trends.
  • Exceptional creative eye with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
