Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Support the IT team in maintaining daily IT operations, including end-user devices, applications, and basic system support.
  • Assist with hardware and software setup, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure smooth workstation performance.
  • Work closely with the Asia Service Desk to help track and resolve user issues through the ticketing system, as well as support on-site activities such as equipment setup and system checks.
  • Provide assistance in asset tracking, documentation, and maintaining accurate records of IT resources.
  • Participate in IT administrative tasks, including supporting procurement processes, preparing documentation, and assisting with onboarding-related IT setup for new employees.
  • Assist with miscellaneous IT administrative tasks, support functions, and projects as needed

Additional Requirements                                                                                                                                       

  • Tertiary education in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering
  • Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to learning
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts and tools (e.g., generative AI, automation tools) with an interest in applying them to improve productivity and workflows
  • Excellent knowledge on Operating systems e.g. Windows OS, MAC OS & Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiar with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail; able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding on corporate network infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with a high level of accuracy
  • Well-organized with strong documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and able to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
