This is a detail-intensive, relationship-facing role that sits at the intersection of supplier and customer engagement, data management, and responsible sourcing. Success in this role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, timely communication with key stakeholders, and effective partnership to support business priorities. The ideal candidate operates with accuracy, manages multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Work Schedule: This position is based in Greensboro, NC and follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. This schedule is subject to change based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Review third-party social compliance audit reports and accurately record findings in Inspectorio, our compliance management platform.
  • Conduct audit equivalency by matching third-party audit non-compliances with Centric Brands' factory risk ratings.
  • Engage with suppliers to remediate non-compliance findings by sharing instructions and expectations, collecting evidence, tracking progress, and closing corrective action plans (CAPs) within required timeframes.
  • Monitor audit expiration dates to ensure continuous compliance across the supply chain.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for licensors and retail partners on social compliance queries and status updates.
  • Partner closely with internal teams across sourcing, production, operations, and other cross-functional business partners to resolve compliance-related questions, align on priorities, and escalate high-risk issues to senior leadership as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements, data quality improvement efforts, development of training materials, and other business initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry developments in human rights due diligence and emerging compliance risks relevant to Centric Brands' sourcing footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support effective communication, collaboration, and execution of compliance initiatives.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Sustainability, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or another related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with internal teams, suppliers, licensors, and retail partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; able to maintain high data quality under pressure and across high volumes of information.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet turnaround deadlines.
  • Fast learner with demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly on new technology platforms and business processes.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships across functions and effectively partner with stakeholders in a team-oriented environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of international labor standards and responsible sourcing frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience working with factory audit reports in the apparel industry or another global supply chain environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with audit platforms and compliance management systems such as amfori, SEDEX, SLCP, or Worldly (preferred).

In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
