As a Keyholder/Lead Client Advisor, your mission will be to build deep and personal connections with our clients while driving sales and enhancing loyalty to the Jennifer Fisher brand. The Keyholder/Lead Client Advisor is responsible for partnering with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to help motivate the store team to uphold our tradition of creating a memorable shopping experience for all of our customers.

Position Overview

The Key Holder serves as a trusted leader and ambassador of the Jennifer Fisher brand, partnering closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, elevate the client experience, and inspire a high-performing team.

As a leader on the sales floor, the Key Holder sets the standard for luxury service, clientling, operational excellence, and team engagement. This role combines exceptional selling ability with leadership responsibilities, ensuring every client interaction reflects the elevated Jennifer Fisher experience while supporting the successful day-to-day operation of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver an Elevated Luxury Client Experience

• Lead by example, consistently delivering personalized, relationship-driven client experiences that exceed expectations.
• Build authentic relationships with clients through exceptional styling, product knowledge, and luxury hospitality.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, appointment selling, and personalized follow-up.
• Serve as a trusted style advisor by understanding clients' lifestyles and recommending curated product selections.
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism while protecting and enhancing brand loyalty.
• Champion Jennifer Fisher's luxury service standards, ensuring every client receives a consistent and elevated boutique experience.

Drive Sales Performance

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall boutique performance.
• Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.
• Utilize business reporting and KPIs to identify opportunities, maximize productivity, and drive sales performance.
• Support the execution of client events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives that drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Leverage CRM and clienteling tools to develop a loyal and profitable client portfolio.

Leadership & Team Development

• Act as Manager on Duty when required, confidently leading daily store operations and decision-making.
• Coach and motivate associates through real-time feedback, recognition, and role modeling of luxury selling behaviors.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture built on accountability, respect, and continuous development.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members, reinforcing Jennifer Fisher's brand values, service expectations, operational standards, and selling culture.
• Identify development opportunities and partner with store leadership to strengthen the internal talent pipeline.
• Promote a positive, solution-oriented environment that encourages teamwork and ownership.

Operational Excellence

• Execute opening and closing procedures while ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain exceptional operational execution across POS, inventory management, replenishment, fulfillment, transfers, repairs, and cash handling.
• Partner with leadership to ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation consistently reflect luxury brand standards.
• Maintain organized stockroom operations that support efficient selling and client service.
• Protect company assets by ensuring compliance with Loss Prevention policies, inventory controls, and operational procedures.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail while balancing operational priorities with client-facing responsibilities.

Brand Ambassador

• Represent Jennifer Fisher with professionalism, confidence, and authenticity in every interaction.
• Become an expert in Jennifer Fisher collections, craftsmanship, materials, seasonal launches, and styling.
• Communicate the inspiration and story behind the brand to create meaningful client connections.
• Stay informed on luxury fashion, jewelry, competitive trends, and evolving client expectations.
• Maintain an elevated personal presentation that reflects the Jennifer Fisher brand aesthetic.

Communication & Business Partnership

• Partner closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to execute business priorities and operational initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with store leadership regarding sales opportunities, client feedback, inventory needs, and operational priorities.
• Accurately complete required reporting, business recaps, and operational communications.
• Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners to support boutique success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful experience within luxury, fine jewelry, designer, or premium contemporary retail.
• Demonstrated success exceeding personal sales goals while influencing team performance.
• Proven clienteling experience with the ability to develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio.
• Previous leadership experience as a Key Holder, Lead Client Advisor, Senior Stylist, or similar role preferred.
• Passion for luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire others.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with POS systems, retail technology, and Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak business periods.

Salary Range: $26.00-$29.00

At Jennifer Fisher, we believe our people are our greatest asset, and we seek to structure competitive compensation offers to ensure that we are able to attract and retain the best talent.  Our job postings include a base hourly range at the time of employment.  The stated base hourly range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process.  Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
