2026-RECRUITMENT-GLOBAL1

Centric Brands is a leading lifestyle brand collective that designs, sources, markets and sells high quality products in multiple segments, including women’s, men’s and kid’s apparel, accessories, entertainment and beauty. Centric Brands is focused on our customers and our brands that will drive the company’s future growth. We are defined by innovation as we seize new opportunities and thrive in an environment informed by creativity and thinking that is both analytical and outside the box. Centric Brands reflects a team built on respect, for others and for the hard work it takes to achieve our goals and build our bright future together.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is building the creative operating model for the next decade — one where generative AI, 3D and connected data are ordinary parts of how product gets designed, developed and marketed across a portfolio of more than 100 iconic brands.

As Senior Manager, Creative Technology & AI Transformation, you turn ambitious ideas into scalable ways of working. You will partner with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing, Studio and Technology to redesign workflows, launch new capabilities and move solutions from early experimentation into everyday use. This is a builder's role for someone who is equally comfortable in a design review, a vendor demo and a governance meeting and who measures success by adoption, not by pilots launched.

What You'll Do

  • Transform ideas into scalable programs. Translate enterprise AI and creative technology priorities into structured, actionable programs —leading them from discovery and pilot through rollout, adoption and full production.
  • Redesign how creative work gets done. Partner with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Sales, Marketing and Studio to simplify processes and design future-state workflows that connect people, platforms and data.
  • Bring emerging technology into the business. Support the rollout of generative AI, 3D, creative platforms and custom-built solutions — coordinating requirements, testing, feedback loops and production readiness.
  • Evaluate and onboard new capability. Run structured evaluations of AI and creative software — defining use cases, coordinating pilot groups, running comparative testing and assessing effectiveness before anything scales.
  • Drive adoption and engagement. Coordinate rollout strategies, onboarding, training and communications; grow a community of champions and power users across divisions so tools stick after launch.
  • Serve as the bridge between platforms and people. Act as the primary point of contact between software partners and internal users — managing escalations, resolving configuration issues before they grow, communicating roadmap changes and delivering enablement workshops that translate technical features into clear value for non-technical teams.
  • Connect strategy, governance and execution. Coordinate across Technology, Data, Legal, Security, Procurement and HR to support AI governance, risk review and production readiness — keeping governance in step with delivery rather than behind it.
  • Support the transformation operating model. Establish repeatable intake, prioritization, experimentation and rollout methods, supported by clear roadmaps, reporting and decision logs that give leadership visibility into risk and return.

What Success Looks Like

In your first year, we would expect to see:

  • Enterprise priorities converted into structured programs with named owners and live roadmaps.
  • Future-state workflows documented, socialized and genuinely adopted by the teams who use them.
  • Emerging AI capability translated into practical, brand-aligned design and product applications.
  • Pilots that either scale into production or are retired deliberately
  • Champions and training in place across divisions so adoption survives the launch moment.
  • Governance that keeps pace with delivery rather than blocking it.
  • Leadership with clear portfolio visibility into risk, cost and return.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

  • 5+ years of experience leading technology, transformation or program initiatives — ideally within creative, design, product development or marketing organizations.
  • Demonstrated ownership of an implementation lifecycle end to end: evaluation, pilot, onboarding, rollout and sustained adoption.
  • Working fluency with generative AI and creative technology — image and video generation, LLM-based workflows, 3D or digital product creation, DAM/PLM/creative platforms.
  • Strong change management and enablement instincts, with a track record of training and communications that moved adoption numbers.
  • Process design capability: the ability to map a messy current state and design a future state that people will actually follow.
  • Comfort operating cross-functionally with Technology, Legal, Security, Data and Procurement partners on governance and risk review.
  • Exceptional communication skills — able to translate complex technical capability into plain business value for creative and executive audiences.
  • Bias toward structure: roadmaps, decision logs, prioritization frameworks and reporting come naturally to you.
  • Apparel, accessories, beauty or consumer products experience — particularly wholesale and retailer-facing environments a plus.
  • Familiarity with 3D product creation tools (Browzwear, Substance) or AI creative tools (Raspberry AI, Node-Based Systems, Adobe Firefly, Claude).
